Overview

ContentCraze is the UGC engineering platform that helps brands scale short-form creator content through research-backed Playbooks, scripted campaigns, and performance-based creator payouts. The Notion integration auto-syncs your entire UGC operation — campaigns, scripts, content library, creator roster, and analytics — into pre-configured Notion databases. Brands can import strategy docs from Notion directly into Playbooks, review and approve scripts without leaving Notion, and receive auto-generated campaign performance reports as rich Notion pages. ContentCraze is the source of truth for campaign and financial data; Notion becomes your team's real-time view layer with selective write-back for actions like script approvals and campaign pauses.

How to use

Sign up at contentcraze.io and subscribe to a Pro or Pro Unlimited plan.

Go to Settings → Integrations and click "Connect Notion."

Authorize ContentCraze to access your Notion workspace via OAuth.

ContentCraze auto-creates a pre-configured UGC workspace in your Notion — Campaign Tracker, Scripts, Content Library, Creator Roster, and Content Calendar databases, all linked with Relations and Rollups.

Your campaigns, scripts, submissions, and analytics sync automatically. Import Notion strategy docs into Playbooks, review scripts in Notion, and receive auto-generated performance reports — all without leaving your workspace.
